Harissa Cauliflower Steaks



Ingredients (For 2 Steaks)

1 large clove of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp Harissa Infused Olive Oil
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Head of cauliflower

Directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Cut washed cauliflower in half, then cut 1 1/2" slices from each side (2 steaks total). Use remainder for another recipe.

Heat skillet over medium heat, add Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once hot, add the steaks. Let them sear for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes on each side. Total of 6-7 minutes searing. Remove them once golden.

While searing, add all spice mix ingredients together and whisk until combined.

Transfer seared cauliflower to a lined baking tray. Brush the glaze on both sides of the steaks, then bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or to your desired doneness.

Serves 2
